The Greece Food Edit (English)

MX$190.00

(PRICE IS IN MEXICAN PESOS, AROUND 10 €)

A little piece of my Greek summer, curated for you.

I’m often asked where I eat when I travel, so after my latest trip through Milos, Sifnos and Paros, I decided to put together the places I genuinely loved and would recommend to a friend.

Inside this guide, you’ll find my favourite tavernas, seafood spots, wine bars, breakfast places, sunset drinks and a few experiences I wouldn’t want you to miss.

I’ve included the places I’d actually return to: the family-run restaurants, the long lunches by the sea, the little local spots and the meals that stayed with me long after I left.

But for me, travelling and eating well has never been about following rules or being “perfect”. It’s about balance, connection and enjoying life.

Some of my favourite Greek memories are walking through little villages, sitting down for a long lunch with friends, sharing good food, having a glass of wine and watching the sunset without looking at the time.

Because wellness isn’t only about what we eat. It’s also about how we rest, connect, move, travel and live.

I hope this guide helps you discover some beautiful places of your own and create a few memories around the table along the way.
