I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid protocols and I truly believe that real health comes from balance, understanding each person’s unique biology, lifestyle, and needs to create sustainable, personalized strategies for feeling better and living fully.
An avid traveler and lifelong learner, I have spent years exploring health traditions and medical practices from traditional medicine to Chinese acupuncture.
